2

Set Dimensions

Type in your target width or height in pixels, or use quick percentage presets (25%, 50%, 75%).

3

Toggle Aspect Ratio

Keep the lock enabled to prevent stretching or distortion, or unlock for custom rectangular bounds.

4

Download Resized Photo

Download the resized image in your preferred format.

How the Processing Engine Works

Resizing alters the pixel matrix of an image using bicubic interpolation. Downsampling decreases the total pixel count, drastically lowering the raw byte footprint while keeping the image crisp at its intended display dimensions. Upsampling mathematically interpolates neighboring pixels.

Balancing Quality, Dimensions & Target Size

Scaling an image down enhances perceived sharpness on web displays. Conversely, upscaling a tiny 200x200 pixel icon into a 2000x2000 banner will inevitably result in soft or blurry edges due to the lack of original pixel information.
